Desponded Fellowship Program Cohort-II was
Inaugurated on 20th January& Its continues up to 22rd Junuary. Initially the programme was began with the ice breaking conducted by Programme Director after that induction by Mr.Naveen Jha, who is a director of ’Deshpande Centre for Social Entrepreneurship’. Programme Manager Chinnababu has inducted the fellows about ‘Policies Procedures’ of DFP. Afternoon session was concluded with Poster making by us. The evening session was started LEAD Program Officer and Leaders. Really LEAD programme activities are inspired me very much. Finally we had a dinner session with DCSF staff.
Second day orientation started with interaction with ‘SANDBOX’ Fellows they shared their stuffs what they are facing while working with an unknown area. This made me some more enthusiastic about this DFP. In the afternoon session we had presented our Posters. Through this I learnt how to sell knowledge our self. In the day we all the fellows visited to SUB-JAIL which is situated at Hubli. In this location we the fellows were dramatized awareness on Correctional Life and HIV/AIDS really those two drams are very sensible.
Third and Last day of the orientation program we visited ‘Akshaya Patra’ in the early morning and we come know that based on Fith how the organization become sustainable under one roof they are preparing food for 3 lack students in the early morning. And we had delicious food over there. In the afternoon we visited to ‘Agastya’ is situated at Glass House. It’s spreading scientific knowledge. Mr.Naveen Jha recharged us about ‘Agastya’. Finally the orientation programme was concluded with experience sharing by DFP Cohort-I fellows..........................
